How is pricing determined?
We offer flat rate pricing which is determined using multiple variables like number of transactions, number of accounts and number loans among other complexities. We want our business owners to know exactly how much they will be spending on bookkeeping and accounting services each month.
Do I need to clean up my books prior to handing them over to you?
Absolutely not, we are well versed in clean ups on a set of books and if needed would price a clean up as part of our quote. This would all be well communicated after we review your books initially.
Do you work remotely?
We work 100% remotely. While we have on occasion met with a local client to get documents, the majority of our clients live all over the United States.
What is the length of time for engagement?
All new clients start off with a 6 month engagement. After that time if both parties wish to continue we offer annual engagements. A price reevaluation occurs at the end of each engagement.
Can you help me with filing my income taxes?
While we will hand you financials ready for you to complete your income taxes. We don't actually prepare the tax return for you. Our specialty is finance and accounting. We leave the taxes to the tax specialists.
What if services are needed beyond what was agreed upon in the contract?
As your company grows you may find the need to add additional services. All engagements have the option to add to their scope of practice should your needs change. Once informing us of your change needed we would send you a change order for your service contract.
What software and apps do you use?
While we are very familiar with all types of software, we primarily focus on Quickbooks Online and Xero depending on your needs. That being said, we can make recommendations for apps to help you be successful in your business as it grows.
