Reach Out
Contact us via our website, email or phone. We will respond to all inquires within 24 business hours.
Discovery Call
We will reach out to schedule a discovery call either via zoom or phone call to learn more about your business and bookkeeping needs. Every business is unique and our processes reflects that individuality.
Provide Access
If a previous Quickbooks file exists, we ask for accountant level access to complete a complimentary assessment of the files to determine scope of work and identify any issues typically within 48 business hours.
Review Proposal
We will put together a quote for services based on the discovery call and review of the account. Package options will be included if applicable to your request. We may also recommend additional apps or software that may be helpful for your business.
Onboarding
Once the proposal has been accepted and signed, the onboarding process will begin so that the clean up or monthly bookkeeping services can begin.
Breathe a sigh of relief
After a successful onboarding, you are free to focus your business, life and family. We will take care of the finances in the meantime!
